The case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code and involves about 50 people.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Dzianis Zajan\u010de\u016dski <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><b>Maksim Ta\u0107janok<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> were <a href=\"http:\/\/spring96.org\/be\/news\/102182\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">sentenced<\/a> to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a03 years of imprisonment in an open correctional facility for an installation with photos of\u00a0 Natallia Kachanava, head of the upper chamber of Belarus parliament, and Ivan Kubrako\u016d, Interior Minister.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>14 pensioners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> were <a href=\"https:\/\/nn.by\/?c=ar&amp;i=269033\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">detained<\/a> on February 26 at several railway stations in Minsk. The ladies read Belarusian books on the train, it was an action in support of the Belarusian language.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A 75-year-old Natallia Ivanisava was fined 231 EUR and released.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On March 1, some of them were fined: Alena Za\u015bcien\u010dyk \u2013 554 EUR,\u00a0 Aksana Karatova, Lubo\u016d Ku\u010dynskaja, Sviat\u0142ana \u0141aziebnikava, Nina Nie\u015bciarovi\u010d, Iryna Novik, Ta\u0107ciana \u0160ymanskaja \u2013 277 EUR. The <\/span><b>Mieljaniec family<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> with many children has been <a href=\"https:\/\/svabod1.azureedge.net\/a\/31115676.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">threatened<\/a> with the status of socially unreliable for the white-red-white blinds on the windows.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Ihar Kra\u016d\u010denia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a resident of Homel who spent 28 days in the Buda-Ka\u0161alo\u016d pre-trial detention center for a photo with a white-red-white flag under a Christmas tree, went on a <a href=\"https:\/\/flagstok.info\/by\/asoby\/gomelchanina-kotoryj-golodal-v-ivs-osudili-za-foto-vozle-elki-sud-soslalsja-na-konvenciju-oon-po-pravam-cheloveka.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">hunger strike<\/a> for the whole term of 28 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nn.by\/?c=ar&amp;i=268809\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">23 days for two<\/a>, fines and confiscated goods worth 28000 BYN [8854 EUR],\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">this is how the owners of the store &#8220;Moj Rodny Kut&#8221;, selling goods with national symbols, have been punished. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>887 Belarusian historians<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sent a letter in defense of the white-red-white flag to the Prosecutor General, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>Cultural Resistance<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Pavie\u0142 Arakielan <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">presented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?time_continue=167&amp;v=3nx4GVPgU-4&amp;feature=emb_title\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">a video <\/a><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tomorrow I will go to die<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
