Based on the materials of expeditions to small towns of Belarus. <\/em>Minsk, 2009 (editor).<\/p>\n<p>On August 4, 2021, Ta\u0107ciana Vada\u0142a\u017eskaja was arrested together with the philosopher Uladzimir Mackievi\u010d and sentenced to administrative arrest for 10 days, released as a suspect in a criminal case under part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order).<\/p>\n<p>On August 6, 2021, Ta\u0107ciana Vada\u0142a\u017eskaja was recognized as a political prisoner.<\/p>\n<p>On March 23, 2022, Ta\u0107ciana Vada\u0142a\u017eskaja was arrested during a visit to the Investigative Committee, where she applied for permission to go to Lithuania for medical treatment. The Investigative Committee issued a decision to place her in custody and took her to Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 in Minsk.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u0107ciana Vada\u0142a\u017eskaja had been accused under part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order or active participation in them). On June 7, 2022, the Zavodski District Court in Minsk sentenced her to 2.5 years of restriction of freedom in an open-type facility. This is the term previously requested by the state prosecution.
